Wie jedes Jahr kam auch dieses Jahr wieder das White Horse Theatre aus England zu Besuch zu uns in die Aula. Neunt- und Zehntklässler der Caroline-Herschel-Realschule und des Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasiums schauten sich das englische Stück "Sticks and Stones" gemeinsam an.
”I enjoyed watching the theatre play ”Sticks and Stones“ which was played by the White Horse Theatre. It was presented by four people. They showed how victims, bullies and watchers feel when they bully or get bullied and the reasons why they do it.
The actors preformed in a very professional way and often changed their roles on stage. Although they didn't have many props they made the audience focus on their play by their acting. Furthermore, they had music, raps and sound effects. The message they wanted to bring to the audience is that bullies always have their own problems and reasons why they bully others but they can only do this because the watchers support them. If the watchers stand up against the bullies they can stop the bullying. I think they managed to get the audience to think about this topic."
